How to submit your content

Help board directors from around the globe to find your Chapter content through the Climate Governance Hub! Read below to find out how

We've created a simple form that feeds directly into the Hub. If you have used Tockify to submit your chapter events, we hope you will find this to be similar and straightforward. Once you submit, a member of the Climate Governance Initiative team will complete a quick review before publishing your content to the Hub.

You will be asked to complete the following fields. The descriptive text below will also appear as you move around the form:

• Content Title: Title of content shown on tile (on home page and browse content page)

• Publication Date: Date the content was officially published

• Content Web Address: Web address the content is hosted on in your Chapter's website

• Author(s): Author(s) who contributed to or collaborated on the content, include your Chapter here.

• Language: Language the content is presented in

• Cover Image: Image associated with the content, to use on the tile on the home page and browse content page. Suggested size:

• Summary: Short text (max 300 characters including spaces) shown on tile on home page and browse content page. The ‘what and why’ of the article - please submit this summary in Enlgish, even if the body text is in another language.

• Full text of content: this will not appear on the hub, but will allow your article to be easily found using the search function

• Contact Email: point of contact for the submitted piece of content

• Filters: Board Committees, Content Types, Topics, Board Responsibilities, Sectors - tick all fields that apply to your submitted content to allow your content to be found by filtering.

• Additional Notes: include any further comments you would like to share with the Climate Governance Initiative team
